I’ve been using Ting for a while now, and it’s been solid. I’ve had a couple outages here and there, but they’re not super common and they usually don’t last too long. It’s annoying when it happens, of course, but overall it’s been way better than what I had before.

I’ve been using Ting for a bit now, and the billing has been really easy to follow!!! It pretty much shows exactly what I used and what I’m paying for, which I really appreciate. So far, I haven’t had any random fees show up out of nowhere or anything like that!!! The only reason I’d give it 4 stars instead of 5 is that the bill layout on mobile could be a little cleaner, but overall it feels fair, simple, and upfront!!!

I reached out to Ting after an issue with my bill, i was expecting them to make it right with a refund. Thankfully, they handled it quickly. Support was clear, there wasn’t any annoying back and forth, and the money came back within a few days. I was worried it would turn into a hassle, but it really didn’t. Glad they took care of it.

Overall, everything ended up working just fine, so I don’t really have any major complaints. The regular SIM was very straightforward and easy to get going, pretty much exactly what I expected. The eSIM worked too, but I’ll admit the setup took me a minute to figure out and felt a little confusing at first. Once I got through the steps, though, it was fine and has been working without any issues.

From what I remember, the hotspot was steady most of the time. It did slow down a bit at night, but nothing too annoying, at least not that I really noticed.

I had to cancel my Ting service after moving, i was kind of expecting it to be a hassle. To be fair, it ended up being straightforward once I found the cancel option in my account, and the confirmation email came through right away.
I did have to poke around a little to find the right page, which was mildly annoying. But I’ll give them credit: no weird fees, no pushy back-and-forth, and no drawn-out process. So yeah, 4 stars from me.

I kept waiTing for some catch or random issue to pop up, like companies sometimes do to make you contact support, but nothing weird happened. Smooth experience overall.

So far, I haven’t had any dropped calls, which is what I expected to happen at some point. But nope, the calls have been clear every time.

I’ve been using the ting app for a while now, it’s straightforward. I can check my usage, pay my bill, and make changes without hunting through a bunch of menus. Isn’t that kind of the whole point of an app like this? It also loads quickly, which I definitely appreciate.

I haven’t had issues with streaming or work calls, which was the main thing after what happened before. Overall I’m happy with it so far.

I had a question about my bill and reached out to ting support. they got back to me a lot faster than I expected, and it didn’t turn into some long back-and-forth. They just explained things clearly and got it sorted. I really appreciate when a company treats customers fairly and doesn’t make getting help harder than it needs to be.

I popped it into my old unlocked phone and it worked right away with no issues. Super easy setup, i’d recommend it to a friend if they needed something simple that just works.

I used Ting while traveling around Spain and Portugal for about a week or so, and it went smoother than I expected. I’d had roaming headaches with other carriers before, so I was kind of expecTing at least a little hassle.
Texts came through pretty much right away, maps worked whenever I needed to get around, and I only had to poke around in my phone setTings maybe once. Data wasn’t blazing fast in every spot, but for looking things up, navigaTing, and travel basics, it was totally fine.
The bill afterward was easy to understand too, and I didn’t notice any random surprise charges. Overall, I’d say I was happy with how it worked.

I moved my old number over to Ting and, yeah, it really only took about 10 minutes. I know people like to complain that porting numbers is always a headache, but that just wasn’t my experience. No weird issues, no long wait, it just went through.

My Ting account is really easy to deal with. I can change things fast. Bills are easy to find. Usage is simple to check. I don’t have to dig around forever. It’s way less frustrating than my old provider

Checkout was smooth too, and I didn’t feel like anything weird was hidden or confusing. I’m not super techy or anything, so that made it a lot less annoying. Clean site overall, I’d use it again.

The fiber is working really well now, so I’m happy with that!! The install just ended up taking longer than I was originally told, which was a little frustrating. The tech was really nice, though. I did have to call twice to get updates, but everything is up and running now.
